Problem
Betty Crocker needed to promote "Three Days For You", a Christmas cake mix line designed for young women. It encourages self-care and mindful rituals, encouraging users to embrace simple moments of comfort and joy through the act of baking.
Strategy
The "Three Days For You" campaign connects traditional baking with modern emotional wellness. By reframing solo indulgence as a healing ritual rather than a guilty pleasure, the "This Christmas, give yourself a cake" strategy prioritizes self-care over holiday hustle.
Process
The project began with research into women’s holiday experiences to develop a core strategy. I then designed the box set packaging and a full suite of promotional assets, including social media, out-of-home ads, magazine spreads, in-store displays, and a landing page.
Impact
The new product gave Betty Crocker a fresh recognition as a brand for young woman and for healing moments. The marketing campaign created sales and social media engagement across all platforms, bringing the product integrated into the Christmas market.
